Skeletal model reduction with forced optimally time dependent modes

چکیده
Skeletal model reduction based on local sensitivity analysis of time dependent systems is presented in which sensitivities are modeled by forced optimally (f-OTD) modes. The f-OTD factorizes the coefficient matrix into a compressed format as product two skinny matrices, i.e. modes and coefficients. create low-dimensional, dependent, orthonormal basis capture directions phase space associated with most dominant sensitivities. These highlight instantaneous active species, reaction paths. Evolution equations for coefficients derived, implementation skeletal described. For demonstration, conducted constant pressure ethylene-air burning zero-dimensional reactor, new reduced models generated. laminar flame speed, ignition delay, extinction curve predicted compared against some existing literature same detailed model. results demonstrate capability to eliminate unimportant reactions species systematic, efficient accurate manner.

A single-vendor and a single-buyer integrated inventory model with ordering cost reduction dependent on lead time
Lead time is one of the major limits that affect planning at every stage of the supply chain system. In this paper, we study a continuous review inventory model. This paper investigates the ordering cost reductions are dependent on lead time. This study addressed two-echelon supply chain problem consisting of a single vendor and a single buyer. The main contribution of this study is that the in...
متن کاملPart-level Sequence Dependent Setup Time Reduction in CMS
This paper presents the idea of creating cells while reducing part-level sequence-dependent setup time in general cellular manufacturing systems (CMS). Setup time reduction in CMS has gained modest attention in the literature. This could be attributed to the fact that the fundamental problem in cell formation in CMS has been mainly related to material handling and machine utilization while setu...
متن کاملCycle Time Reduction and Runtime Rebalancing by Reallocating Dependent Tasks
Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) is a complex information system that provides designing, administrating, and improving the business processes. Task allocation to human resources is one of the most important issues which should be managed more efficiently in BPMS. Task allocation algorithms are defined in order to meet the various policies of organizations. The most important of these...
متن کاملA way to optimally solve a time-dependent Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows
In this paper we deal with a generalization of the Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows that considers time-dependent travel times and costs. Through several steps we transform this extension into an Asymmetric Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem, so it can be solved both optimally and heuristically with known codes.
متن کاملμ-Dependent model reduction for uncertain discrete-time switched linear systems with average dwell time
In this paper, the model reduction problem for a class of discrete-time polytopic uncertain switched linear systems with average dwell time switching is investigated. The stability criterion for general discretetime switched systems is rst explored, and a -dependent approach is then introduced for the considered systems to the model reduction solution. A reduced-order model is constructed and ...
